The Monads.Club Process¶

Our workflow is designed to ensure you see exactly what you are paying for before writing production code, maintaining absolute control over your software from start to finish.

Free Consult¶

This is the planning phase. Before any development begins, we align on the precise problem you need solved and what the finished product must achieve. Your Input: Request a consult, describe your business problem, outline 3 essential screens to solve it, and provide 3 inspiration website links for the interface design.

Demo Deck¶

We provision a real, live, interactive prototype on a cloud provider's free tier. This is a working click-through application secured behind a private sign-in gateway for invited users only. Along with the prototype, you receive a slide deck embedding the live application and a clear Statement of Work (SOW) outlining sprint schedules and exact costs.

Sign and Pay Deposit¶

Review the SOW directly inside your Demo Deck. Once you are ready to move forward, signing the SOW and clearing the initial deposit activates production. The live prototype remains locked until this step is complete.

Work Begins¶

With the deposit cleared, your account is whitelisted with Admin privileges directly inside the development ecosystem. You get full access behind the sign-in gateway to test real edge cases and submit live feedback directly into the SOW backlog.

Iterate on Sprints¶

Development moves in fixed, transparent execution rounds called sprints. * The Cycle: Sprint Day -> Review Day -> Verify Scope -> Repeat. * We continuously iterate through this loop until all deliverables outlined in the SOW are fully signed off.

Pay the Remainder¶

Once all sprints are successfully completed and approved, the remainder of the balance is due. Clearing this final milestone unlocks the second gate for asset handoff.

Handoff¶

We do not lock you into proprietary platforms or host your application on our accounts. You receive the full software repository source to clone. We can suggest hosting options that use a free tier, or help you scale for a larger userbase.
